Royal Yemeni Sidr Honey

Deep in the rugged, unpolluted mountains of Yemen, the sacred Sidr tree blooms for only a few weeks a year. Our local beekeepers, using traditional methods unchanged since the second millennium B.C., trek into the wilderness to collect this "liquid gold."

The Experience: Known as the Manuka of the Middle East, our Sidr honey is thick, rich, and carries a buttery, medicinal undertone.

Best enjoyed raw by the spoonful on an empty stomach, or drizzled over warm, toasted flatbread.

Authentic Yemeni Coffee Beans

Yemen is the cradle of coffee culture, where the world's first commercial coffee trade began in the 15th century. Our beans are "sun-dried" on the rooftops of ancient stone villages. Unlike green beans elsewhere, our cherries stay deep red and earthy, absorbing the intensity of the Arabian sun.

The Experience: Coffee in its most primal, complex form. Expect a profile that is chocolatey, spicy, and wine-like.

Authentic Yemeni Bakhoor

Our Bakhoor is a handmade labour of love, following recipes passed down through families since 3000 B.C. We take the raw, resinous chunks of Onycha and Oud, then slow-cook them with sugar, essential oils, and secret aromatics until they form the dark, crumbly "smoke cakes" unique to Yemen.

The Experience: When this hits the coal, it doesn't just smell — it transforms a room. It is the scent of a Yemeni wedding; a thick, sweet, and majestic cloud that lingers for days.

Place a small piece on a glowing charcoal disk in a Mabkhara. Let the smoke rise and pass your clothes through it to carry the scent of the ancients with you.
